Eligibility

• Abstracts may be submitted by postgraduate students (MD, DM, MS, MCh), faculty members and PhD scholars.
• The presenting author must be registered for NAMSCON 2026.
• The presenting author should be listed as the first author.

The following article types can be submitted for abstract:

Original Research

Case Series

Medical Education Research

Ongoing projects with approved research funding (such as DST, ICMR, Chancellor’s Fellowship)

Requirements

• Maximum 300 words for Original Research; Maximum 250 words for Case Series.
• The title should not exceed 20 words.
• Maximum 6 authors per abstract for Original Research and 4 authors for Case Series.
• Do not include tables, figures, graphs, or references.
• Use standard abbreviations only and should be defined at first use.
• Ethical approval details should be mentioned wherever applicable.

Review Process

Abstracts will undergo blinded peer review.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate accepted abstracts to either Oral Paper or Poster Presentation categories.
