Dr.Vikram PSJ is the founder and MD of Redmed Medical Services. He completed his MBBS and MS (ENT) from SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. He worked as a Senior Registrar and Consultant ENT surgeon in Madras ENT Research Foundation (MERF), Chennai and Apollo Main Hospital, Apollo Children’s Hospital, and Apollo Spectra Hospital for 7 years from 2014. He started his company Redmed Medical Services in 2016. He joined SRM Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) and is currently working as Deputy Medical Superintendent and Consultant ENT surgeon in 2021. While he was pursuing an MBBS at SRM MCH & RC, he was the brainchild behind the National Inter medical College quiz competition- IMPULSE which is still being organized by the present students. He has published articles in many international journals. He received the Notable Alumni Award from SRM IST in 2020. He served as a Board of Studies member for MBBS in 2019, an Executive Committee member – of the SRM Alumni Association, and Secretary NAAC committee – at SRM Medical College.

Dr. Senthil Anand completed his MBBS from SRMMCH&RC in the year 2012. He joined the University of Arizona as an Internal Medicine Resident followed by a stint as a Cardiology Fellow at Mayo Clinic, Arizona. He also trained as an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellow at the same Institute. He is currently working as an Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologist, at Ochsner Health, Louisiana, Mississippi, USA.

Dr.Radhakrishnan Paulraj is the MD of the International Ortho and Trauma Care Center based in Chennai. Upon graduation from SRMMCH&RC in 2011, he did a postgraduation in Orthopedics from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute. To hone his skills further he pursued a fellowship in Joint Replacement and Robotic surgery from Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Nashua. He is currently the Managing Director of the International Ortho and Trauma Care Centre.

Dr.Krithika Meenakshi graduated from SRMMCH&RC in 2011. Inspired by her gynecologist mother, she pursued an MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Madurai Medical College. Her prime focus is the treatment of infertility. She is currently the MD & Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecologist, at Nanganallur Maternity & Fertility Centre, Chennai.

Dr.Aakash Venkatesan completed his MBBS from SRMMCH&RC and pursued his post-graduation in Orthopedics from Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Mauritius. He worked in well-known hospitals like the Asian Joint Institute, Sundaram Medical Foundation, and MGM Health Care. He completed MRCS and is currently working as a Senior Fellow in Trauma &Orthopedics at Grange University Hospital, Newport, U.K.

Dr.Rohith is the Managing Director of Karnati Mult Speciality Hospital, Kavali, AP. He graduated from SRMMCH&RC and pursued an MD in Internal Medicine from Narayana Medical College, Nellore, AP. He worked in Government service for 2 years. He also worked at ASRAM Medical College and was a Consultant at Apollo Tele Health. He received a PG Diploma in Clinical Endocrinology and Diabetes from the Royal College of Physicians. He is also visiting faculty at Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute and KIMS – Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences.

Dr.A.Ashwin Kumar, (MBBS alumnus – Batch of 2005) is currently working as an Associate Professor of Radiology at Madras Medical College, Chennai. He finished his MD in Radiodiagnosis from Chettinad Medical College and received MICR (Masters in Clinical Radiology from IRIA). He received special training in interventions and cross-sectional imaging at Barnard Institute of Radiology, MMC. He has 16 publications in National and International journals to his credit.

Dr.Nandhini Elumalai received her MBBS degree from SRMMCH&RC. She pursued an MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute. She worked as a Consultant at MGM Health Care and is now the Managing Director of Dr.Nandhini’s Gynec Room, Nungambakkam, Chennai.

Dr.Lakshmanan Hari joined SRMMCH&RC to pursue an MBBS in 2013 following which he did an MD in General Medicine from Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute. Following his father’s footsteps, he completed DM Neurology at Madras Medical College in 2022 and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at, the Department of Neurology, Stanley Medical College, Chennai.

Dr.Divya Stephy completed her MBBS in 2012 from SRMMCH&RC. She underwent postgraduate training in Pharmacology from Government Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai. She worked as an Assistant Professor at Government Pudukottai Medical College and is now an Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Government Omandurar Medical College, Chennai. She has co-authored the KONCPT 20 book for PG NEET and is a part of the KONCPT foundation batch of faculty.

Dr.Prashanth Arun received our “Notable Alumni” award in the alumni meeting conducted in December 2023. He completed his MBBS from SRMMCH&RC in 2013 and pursued an MD in General Medicine from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in 2017. He is currently a Consultant Physician and Diabetologist MV Diabetes, Chennai.
