Department of Psychiatry Celebrated Onam at SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre

The event was filled with colors, culture, unity, and tradition at its best as it involved the staff and students of the entire department.

To extend the joy of the occasion, Prof. Nalinijayanthi, Professor & Head, Respiratory Medicine, SRMMCHRC and Prof. Subramanian, Professor, Respiratory Medicine, SRMMCHRC joined the celebration. They emphasized the importance of cultural-related activities in creating group identity and spirit within the department.

The Onam celebration was filled with fun and togetherness as people could play most of the Onam-related activities, making it a pleasant day. The spirit of Onam was well captured, and this depicted a real indication of the department’s unity and adherence to culture.
