The Clinical Psychology Department organised the Life Skills Enhancement Workshop for B.Sc. Nursing Students

The Department of Clinical Psychology, SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre in collaboration with the SRM College of Nursing and the University Wellness Program, successfully conducted a Life Skills Enhancement Workshop on February 17, 2025. The workshop aimed to equip students with essential life skills to navigate academic and professional challenges effectively.

Renowned experts Dr. Sudha Balaji, Dr. Pavitra, Ms. Sangavi Sounderajan, and Mr. P. Bala Ganesh led engaging sessions for 95 B.Sc. Nursing students (third-year), covering critical topics such as effective communication, problem-solving, memory enhancement, bullying prevention, addiction awareness, and academic stress management.

The interactive format of the workshop allowed students to actively participate, share experiences, and gain practical insights. The feedback session underscored the significance of life skills in both personal and professional development, with participants expressing appreciation for the valuable learnings from the event.
