Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Provider Course under the aegis of ATLS India

SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, in collaboration with the SRM/STRATUS Centre for Medical Simulation, successfully conducted the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Provider Course under the aegis of ATLS India.

The intensive three-day program brought together doctors and healthcare professionals for immersive, hands-on training in trauma management. Through a combination of evidence-based learning modules, skill stations, and high-fidelity simulation scenarios, participants were trained to assess and manage critical trauma situations with confidence and precision.

The course emphasised systematic approaches to patient care, teamwork, and prompt decision-making in emergency settings—key elements that can make the difference between life and death in trauma cases.

This initiative reflects SRM’s strong commitment to promoting excellence in medical education, empowering clinicians with globally recognised skills, and strengthening the overall quality of emergency and trauma care in India.
