- Served as Additional Director of Medical Educational/Secretary, Selection Committee of Tamil Nadu which is a state level responsible post for more than 5 years which deals with all Selection and Admission process of MBBS/BDS, Post Graduation courses, super speciality courses and all Paramedical Courses in Tamil Nadu.
- Worked as Dean, Govt. Vellore Medical College.
- Started Cochlear Implant program in Government Vellore Medical College.
- Regular Examiner for MBBS, DLO, MS (ENT).
- Also Examiner for (DNB) Diplomat in National Board.
- Inspector of (MCI) Medical Council of India many times.
- State Nodal Officer for NPPD (National Program for Prevention of Deafness).
- Conducted many Surgical training programs for young ENT Doctors to do Surgeries like Stapedectomy, Tympanoplasty, Mastoidetcomy etc.,
- Hony. Secretary, Association of Otololaryngoly of India, Tamil Nadu State (TNAOI) from 2012 to 2022.
- Conducted State level Ten ENT Conferences from 2012 to 2022.
- Under Graduate, Post Graduate Internal & External Examiner for various Medical Collages in Tamil Nadu.
