About Us


  • Department of Rheumatology has been functioning for more than 10 years. Outpatient time 8AM to 3pm [ Monday to Friday ] Giving Treatment for patients with Rheumatological diseases as outpatient and also as Inpatients getting admitted in IMCU, Medical ward , and also in other specialities like orthopaedic, Dermatology , and others.

Our Vision


  • Patients with life threatening Rheumatologincal Diseases will be attended in IMCU ward daily
  • Patients getting admitted in orthopaedic dermatology, Pulmonology, Nephrology will be attended daily.
  • In follow up of patients after seeing the investigation report, treatment alteration will be done on the same day.

Our Mission


  • A patient who had gone to several Hospitals in Tamil Nadu and finally come here. She was diagnosed to have camptodactyly – A rare disease.
  • A rare case of post – Covid reactive arthritis had been successfully treated.
  • About to commence LUPUS CLINIC to cater the needs of systemic lupus Erythematousus patients.
