About Us


  • Department of Rheumatology has been functioning for more than 10 years. Outpatient time 8 AM to 3 PM [ Monday to Friday ] Giving Treatment for patients with Rheumatological diseases as an outpatient and also as Inpatients getting admitted to IMCU, Medical ward, and also in other specialties like orthopedic, Dermatology, and others.

Our Vision


  • Patients with life-threatening Rheumatological Diseases will be attended in the IMCU ward daily
  • Patients getting admitted to orthopedic dermatology, Pulmonology, and Nephrology will be attended daily.
  • In follow-up of patients after seeing the investigation report, treatment alteration will be done on the same day.

Our Mission


  • A patient who had gone to several Hospitals in Tamil Nadu and finally came here. She was diagnosed with camptodactyly – A rare disease.
  • A rare case of post–COVID reactive arthritis had been successfully treated.
  • About to commence LUPUS CLINIC to cater to the needs of systemic lupus Erythematosus patients.
