Hi, I'm Dr. Monisha Maria, an Ophthalmologist. I completed my undergraduate education (M.B.B.S) at Madras Medical College. Following that, I pursued an M.S. in Ophthalmology at the same prestigious institution, the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology and Government Ophthalmic Hospital, Madras Medical College, from 2017 to 2021. My interest primarily lies in managing ocular traumas and performing cataract and glaucoma surgeries, and I have a profound passion for research in glaucoma.
Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology at SRM Medical College Hospital. In this role, I have conducted comprehensive patient assessments, imparted knowledge on pivotal ophthalmic surgeries, and guided students in the essentials of eye care.
