Dr.V.M.Vinodhini is adept at handling students to help them overcome their academic challenges. She also helps to instill an interest in Clinical Biochemistry as well as research among them in a very friendly and at the same time disciplined manner. The professor is also invited to deliver guest lectures in various reputed Institutions and International conferences. She is a member of the Institutional ethical committee of SRM IST and also guides several PhD scholars.
