Alumni Talk on Career Opportunities in Renal Dialysis Technology

The Department of Nephrology, SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, organised an engaging alumni talk with Mrs. R. Janani, M.Sc, Lecturer at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Coimbatore.

An alumna of SRMIST, Mrs. Janani shared her expertise and offered valuable insights on Career Opportunities after Renal Dialysis Technology Allied Health Sciences (AHS) programmes. Addressing the students of B.Sc (Renal Dialysis Technology) and M.Sc (Renal Sciences & Dialysis Technology), she highlighted emerging prospects in the field, the importance of research, and the evolving role of renal technologists in healthcare.

The interactive session not only informed students about academic and professional pathways but also motivated them to pursue excellence in their chosen careers.

The event was graced by Mrs. Radha Ravindran, Assistant Director – Alumni Affairs, SRMIST, who appreciated the contribution of alumni in guiding the next generation of professionals.
