IMA SRM Potheri Branch Honoured at TIMACON 2024
The 79th Annual Medical Conference of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Tamil Nadu State Branch, TIMACON 2024, was held with remarkable zeal and participation in Salem on December 14 and 15, 2024. Amidst this esteemed gathering, the IMA SRM Potheri Branch achieved a momentous milestone by being honoured with the IMA TNSB Appreciation Award for the Revival of the IMA Branch. This recognition celebrates the exceptional efforts of Dr. V. Sathyanarayanan, Associate Dean – Student Affairs, SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre (SRMMCHRC), and Dr. R. Swaminathan Veerasamy, Clinical Superintendent of SRM Global Hospitals, in revitalising the branch. Their leadership and unwavering dedication have set a benchmark for other IMA branches to emulate in fostering medical excellence and community service.
