Medical camp organized by SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre a grand success

The medical camp organized jointly with SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, SRMIST and HRDF on July 16, 2024. The camp was organized in the Acharapakkam organized by the Department of Community Medicine of SRMMCH&RC.

Essential medical services were offered to the local people through the following departments Volunteer Doctors.
➔ General Medicine
➔ General Surgery
➔ Psychiatry
➔ Dermatology

In all, 83 patients received health care in the different areas provided in the camp. Among them, 21 cases were found and presented for subsequent treatment at SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre along with the appropriate yellow card.

It brought out the college’s readiness and efforts to serve society and facilitate access to health services and practice through the provision of health care services to the unserved population and follow-up care.
