SRMMCH&RC organized Successful Workshop as Part of Southcon FOGSI VP Conference
SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre (SRMMCH&RC) in Kattankulathur organized two highly successful workshops, Gestosis and Manyata, as part of the Southcon FOGSI VP conference held in Mahabalipuram, Chennai from July 19th to 21st, 2024.
The workshops attracted approximately 500 delegates and 200 participants from various institutions and private hospitals across India, making it a significant event in the medical community. These workshops provided a platform for healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge, skills, and collaborative efforts in improving patient care.
Gestosis Workshop:
This workshop focused on practical, educational sessions related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Manyata Workshop:
Exclusively designed for nurses, this workshop featured role plays and simulation sessions on various obstetric emergencies and routine obstetric procedures. The workshop covered critical aspects such as emergency response, patient communication, and procedural accuracy, ensuring that the nursing staff is well-equipped to provide high-quality care in obstetric settings.
