UWP Dance Club Secures First Prize at Bon Vivants ’26
The University Wellness Program (UWP) Dance Club students of SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) brought home the First Prize in the Group Dance competition at Bon Vivants ’26, held on February 2, 2026, at Mini Hall 2.
Bon Vivants ’26 was organised by the Faculty of Science and Humanities, Department of Psychology, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from various colleges. The event served as a vibrant platform for students to celebrate creativity, teamwork, and artistic expression.
Representing SRMIST, the UWP Dance Club team delivered a captivating group performance that stood out for its precise synchronisation, expressive movements, and thoughtfully crafted choreography. Their performance combined technical finesse with strong stage presence, drawing loud applause from the audience and appreciation from the judges.
From the opening formation to the final pose, the team maintained remarkable energy and coordination, reflecting consistent practice and collective commitment. Their confident execution and creative presentation ultimately earned them the top honour in the Group Dance category.
